Quotes

If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that engagement. Payment

No ranking guarantees
Search engines are run by other companies, and nobody outside those companies controls how they rank websites or when they change their systems. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, traffic level, number of calls, or result. Timelines vary by market, competition, and the condition of your site. We will do the work described in your agreement with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, our services are provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's contact details through our forms.
- Send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
